Instagram must allow website embeds on the account before a post can appear in your Wall of Love. If you see The requested media is private. Only public media can be embedded., turn on Website embeds in Instagram.
Why this is needed
By default, Instagram restricts embedding posts on external sites. The original post must have embedding allowed at the account level.
Enable embedding on the Instagram account
Open the account settings page: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/edit/
In the sidebar, select Sharing and reuse.
Turn on Website embeds.
Once this is on, new and existing Instagram posts from that account can be embedded in your Wall of Love.
Note: This setting applies to the whole account, not individual posts. Posts from accounts that have not enabled embedding will not display correctly on the wall.
