As we worked on simplifying our billing and improving our features. We recently updated our plan pricing. Understanding changes in your bill can often be attributed to factors such as the end of promotional discounts or differences between plan tiers.

For example, if you were on a discounted plan for an introductory period, your charges will revert to the standard plan price once the discount period ends. This can make your bill appear to double unexpectedly. To confirm this, review your invoice in the billing portal to check the plan details, discount period, and current charges.

Our plans include one space allotment, with the option to add more space for an additional fee based on your plan. Another factor that can affect your billing is the type of plan you are on. For instance, older plans (often referred to as 'grandfathered plans') may have different pricing and features compared to the latest plans.

If you notice a price different from what is displayed on our pricing page, please check for any discounts that may apply to your account. If you qualify as a legacy user, our legacy pricing remains unchanged for grandfathered plans until further notice. To better understand your charges and make informed decisions about your subscription:

  1. Log in to your billing portal.

  2. Review your current plan details, including the pricing and included features.

  3. Check the history of any promotional discounts applied to your account.

  4. Compare your current plan with other available options to determine if switching plans could save you money. By regularly reviewing your billing details, you can ensure that your subscription aligns with your needs and budget.
