If you submitted a testimonial on or after March 20, 2025, you can hide it from public display from your submissions page.
Remove a testimonial you submitted
Log in with the same email you used when you submitted the testimonial. If you do not have an account, sign up.
Open your submissions page.
Find the testimonial and click Remove.
Enter a reason. That reason is sent to the space owner.
The testimonial is hidden from public display right away.
Submitted before March 20, 2025
Ask the page owner to take the testimonial down. If it is still public after that, send us a screenshot of your request and a link to the testimonial.
Can I edit my testimonial?
No. After you submit a testimonial, you cannot change it. Email the space owner if you need an adjustment.
I cannot find the testimonial
Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used when you submitted it. If the email is correct and the testimonial does not appear on the submissions page, the space owner has already removed it.
