You can import a Wistia video into a Testimonial Space by pasting the embed HTML you copied from the Wistia player — not a video URL and not a video ID.
Open your Space from the dashboard, then use Import in the Space sidebar.
How it works
From Import → + Import, choose Wistia under VIDEO (with YouTube, Vimeo, and SoundCloud). The modal title is Add a Wistia video. The helper is: “Please paste the code you copied from the Wistia player.” There is also a Watch the demo video. link.
Paste the full Wistia embed HTML into the textarea, leave Add to my Wall of Love checked if you want the video on your Wall of Love (it is checked by default), then click Add.
Before you start
A Testimonial account and at least one Space.
The embed HTML you copied from the Wistia player (the textarea placeholder is a full embed snippet, not a URL).
Space owner or teammate access to the Space you are importing into.
Note: Starter includes YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia imports. The Free plan includes 2 video testimonials total. Plans are per Space (Free / Starter / Ultimate / Ultimate+). If Wistia is locked, check Settings → Plan.
What you can do
Import a Wistia video from Import → + Import → Wistia under VIDEO.
Paste the embed HTML from the Wistia player and click Add.
Leave Add to my Wall of Love checked if you want the video on your Wall of Love immediately (checked by default).
Preview the video on Pages → Wall of Love, or embed it from Embed widgets.
Import a Wistia video
Sign in and open the dashboard. If you do not have a Space yet, click Create a new space and finish setup.
In the Create a new space modal, enter your Space details and save. Open the Space when you are ready to import.
In the Space sidebar, click Import. On the Import page, click + Import, then choose Wistia under VIDEO.
In the Add a Wistia video modal, paste the code you copied from the Wistia player into the textarea. Do not paste a Wistia page URL or a bare video ID. The empty field shows a full Wistia embed HTML snippet as the placeholder.
Leave Add to my Wall of Love checked if you want it on your Wall of Love (checked by default), then click Add.

Tips, edge cases, and related links
If import fails
Confirm you pasted the embed HTML from the Wistia player, not a folder URL, account home page, or video ID. Copy the player code again from Wistia and retry.
Showing the video on your site
Imported Wistia videos on your Wall of Love are included in your hosted Wall of Love page and embed widgets. Open Embed widgets in the Space sidebar to copy embed code.
