A team member is someone who can make changes to your account on your behalf. This role is typically filled by staff members, collaborators, or anyone you’d like to grant access to manage different aspects of your Testimonial.to account.
Important Note
Only admins can invite new team members. If you’re not an admin, you’ll need to contact an admin to send the invitation.
To add team members, you must be on a Premium or Ultimate plan:
Premium Plan: Allows you to add up to 2 team members.
Ultimate Plan: Allows you to add up to 5 team members.
Team Member Permissions & Access
As a team member, the following actions are available to them:
Create Spaces: Creates additional spaces in your account.
Access All Spaces: Team members can view and manage all spaces in the dashboard.
Manage Space Rewards: If you have an incentive balance, you can add funds to your Space Rewards balance.
Manage Testimonials: Team members can add or remove testimonials from your Wall of Love.
Notification Settings: They can adjust notification preferences.
Steps to send an invite
Go to Your Settings Page
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of your screen.
From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
Alternatively, you can access the Settings page directly using this link.
2. Locate the "Team Members" Section
3. Send the Invite
Enter your team member’s registered email address into the input box.
Click "Send Invite" to send the invitation.
4. Team Member Confirmation
Your invited team member will receive an email containing a link to create a free account (required to access your account).
If the invited member has an account with us, they will receive an email with a link connecting their current account with their current account ( Accept link).
Troubleshooting
Invite Not Working
If your team member can’t access your space after accepting the invite:
Ensure that they have created a free account via the invitation email.
If issues persist, please contact support with the following information so we can assist you:
A screenshot of the invite email.
The email address of both the primary account holder and the team member.
If the person you've invited already has a Testimonial.to account, please make sure they switch to your account using the Account Viewer in the dashboard. Once they're viewing your account, they’ll be able to access your Spaces under the Spaces section.
