Collect testimonials from Kajabi

Add a Testimonial collection widget inside a Kajabi course module so students can submit testimonials right after completing a lesson.

Written by Damon Chen

Also possible in Kajabi: You can create a dedicated page in Kajabi (e.g. /love) to host a full Wall of Love. See the integrations page for details.

How it works

Kajabi does not include a built-in testimonial collection, but you can paste Testimonial to embed code into a lesson's content block.

You copy a two-line collecting widget snippet from Embed widgetsCollecting widget in your Testimonial.to space, paste it into Kajabi's code editor for a lesson, and publish.

Students submit testimonials on the lesson page; new submissions appear in your Testimonial.to space inbox.

Before you start

  • A Testimonial.to account with at least one space (your collection hub).

  • Embed widgets (including the collecting widget) are available on Free, Starter, Ultimate, and Enterprise plans.

  • A Kajabi course where you can edit lesson content (you need access to the course editor).

  • Permission to edit the specific module and lesson where you want the widget to appear—many creators place it at the end of the course.

To embed a custom form instead of your public landing page, you need an Ultimate plan or higher. Use the Form dropdown on the collecting widget panel. See Collecting widget for details.

Instructions

Step 1: Get your Collecting Widget code

  1. Go to your Testimonial dashboard and open the relevant Space.

  2. In the left sidebar, under Embeds Widget, click Collecting Widget.

  3. From there, copy the code.

Step 2: Add the widget to your Kajabi course module

  1. Open your course in Kajabi and navigate to the module where you want students to submit testimonials.

  2. Click Expand on the module, then click Edit on the lesson or post.

  3. In the lesson editor, find the HTML/Embed option and click it.

  4. Paste the Collecting Widget code into the code input field.

  5. Click OK, then Save.

📋 Note: The widget may appear cut off in the Kajabi editor preview — this is normal. It will display correctly once the course is published and students can view it.
