How to have a copy of your Invoice/Receipt

Download invoices and receipts from the Stripe billing portal via Settings → Billing or the billing login link.

Our billing runs through Stripe. If you need a copy of an invoice or receipt for your account, open the Stripe customer portal—either from Settings → Billing in the dashboard or through the billing login link below.

Billing applies to your whole Testimonial account, not an individual Space. You need an active paid subscription (or a parent-account subscription) to access billing in Settings.


How it works

Stripe stores your payment history for your Testimonial account. From the Stripe customer portal, you can view past charges, update payment and billing details, and open or download each invoice or receipt.


Before you start

  • You have an active paid plan (Starter, Ultimate, Enterprise, Agency, or a legacy paid plan), or you are on a child account under a parent subscription.

  • For Settings → Billing, you are signed in as the primary account owner. Team or Space accounts see: This account does not have permission to access billing settings.

  • For the billing login link, use the same email address you use for your Testimonial account.

  • On the free plan, billing is not available in Settings until you upgrade. Use Pricing and choose Upgrade your plan.

In the Stripe portal, you can:

  • See your current plan

  • Update your payment method

  • Update your billing information

  • Access your invoice history


Open the Stripe portal from the billing login link

  1. Open the Stripe billing login link. Enter the email address associated with your Testimonial account, then click Send.

  2. Stripe emails you a sign-in link that stays active for 30 minutes.

  3. Open the email and click the link to open the Stripe customer portal.

  4. In your invoice history, click the new tab icon next to the invoice you want.

  5. A new tab opens for that invoice. Download a copy of the invoice or receipt from that page.


Open the Stripe portal from Settings

  1. From your dashboard, click on Settings from the left sidebar. You can also go to Settings → Billing.

  2. In the left sidebar, select Billing, then click Access Stripe Portal. The portal opens in a new browser tab.

  3. In your invoice history, click the new tab icon next to the invoice you want.

  4. A new tab opens for that invoice. Download a copy of the invoice or receipt from that page.


Tips, edge cases, and related links

Use the correct email

For the billing login link, the email must match the one on your Testimonial account. If you do not receive the sign-in email, check your spam folder or request a new link before the 30-minute window expires.

No access to Settings → Billing

If you are on a team or Space account, use the billing login link in Option 1, or ask the primary account owner to download the invoice from their account.

Free plan

Without a paid subscription, Settings shows that billing is available after you upgrade, with an "Upgrade your plan" button linking to Pricing. Past invoices from a previous subscription may still be available via the billing login link if you use the billing email
