Accessing your invoice with Testimonial is now possible with a partnership with Stripe for simplified billing in two ways: directly or from your settings.
Once log in to your Stripe account you can:
See your current plan
Update your payment method
Update your billing information
Acess your invoice history
Option 1
Please access this link to be routed to your Stripe portal for billing. Enter the email address associated with your testimonial account and hit "Send".
Once you have entered your email address, an email that is active for 30 minutes will be sent.
Open your email to access the portal.
Once you are logged in, you may click on the "new tab" icon next to the invoice you want to access.
A new tab will be opened for the invoice you have selected, where you may either download a copy of your invoice or receipt.
Option 2
Once you are on the dashboard page, click your profile on the upper right side of the page and hit "Settings".
2. Choose billing from the options on the left sidebar and click on "Access Stripe Portal".
3. Once you are logged in, you may click on the "new tab" icon next to the invoice you want to access.
4. A new tab will be opened for the invoice you have selected, where you may either download a copy of your invoice or receipt.
