Turn on Disable special effects when video recording to hide background blur and virtual backgrounds. Customers then record without those options.

Effects can distract from the testimonial or cause problems on lower-powered devices. Hiding them keeps the recording flow the same for everyone.

Open the space, click Space Settings, then select Edit the Space.

Click Extra Settings and find Disable special effects when video recording.

1. Open the space, click Space Settings, then select Edit the Space.
2. Click Extra Settings and find Disable special effects when video recording.
3. Turn it on.
4. Click Update to save.

Note: Use this when you want a simple recording flow, or when customers have trouble at the recording step.
