Never miss a shoutout, mention, or review again! The Brand Monitor helps you track your brand's presence across major social media platforms and the web, making it easy to discover and turn brand chatter into powerful testimonials.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through setting up your Brand Monitor settings and keywords in just a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to your Dashboard
Log in to your Testimonial.to account to open your dashboard.
Select your Space
Click on the Space where you want to enable and configure the Brand Monitor.
Open Brand Monitor
In the left-hand navigation menu, scroll down and click on Brand Monitor.
Access Settings
Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner of the Brand Monitor dashboard.
Add your Company Information
A pop-up modal will appear. Enter your brand's official details to help our system find accurate mentions:
Business Name: Your official company or product name.
Business URL: Your main website address.
Twitter Profile: Your brand's official X (Twitter) handle.
LinkedIn Page: Your official company LinkedIn URL.
YouTube Channel: (Available for Ultimate members and above) Your official YouTube channel URL.
💡 Note: YouTube tracking is exclusive to Ultimate plan subscribers and higher. If you'd like to track YouTube video mentions, consider upgrading your plan in your account settings.
Add your Keywords
In the keyword section, enter relevant terms you want the tool to monitor across platforms (e.g., your company name, product line, branded hashtags, or key executive names). Once added, save your settings to start monitoring.
Approve your mentions
After setting up the Brand Monitor, your discovered mentions will be found here:
You'll be able to keep/remove the mentions in question and add them to your Wall of Love!

How often does Brand Monitor pull new mentions?
Brand Monitor automatically scans social channels and the web periodically. Once configured, new mentions will appear directly in your Brand Monitor stream, after the first set up, it scans every 24 hours!
Can I monitor competitors?
While the main settings focus on your primary brand assets, you can add competitor names or industry terms to your Keywords list to keep an eye on broader conversations.
