Make is listed next to Zapier on the Testimonial pricing table. There is no native Make tab in the product. Connect Testimonial to Make with webhooks, or message us in the chat widget for setup help.

REST API, webhooks, Zapier, and Make are on Ultimate and Ultimate+ (per Space). Open Settings → Plan to upgrade. Free and Starter do not include this row.

Where it lives

Open a Space and go to Automation in the left sidebar. The tabs on that page are Email Assistant, Zapier, Webhook, HubSpot, Slack, and APIs.

Make is not one of those tabs. The public comparison table still names it in the Integrations & API row: REST API, webhooks, Zapier & Make.

Note: We do not ship a native Make app the way we ship Zapier. The Make integration page says the same: there is no direct Make integration yet.

Connect with webhooks

The supported way to send Testimonial events to Make is the webhook you create in Testimonial.

  1. Open the Space, then click Automation.

  2. Select the Webhook tab.

  3. Add the URL where events should be posted, choose events, and save. Testimonial sends a POST with a JSON payload when an event fires.

You can subscribe to:

  • create — a testimonial is created

  • like — a testimonial is liked

  • unlike — a testimonial is unliked

  • delete — a testimonial is deleted

Each webhook has a secret you can use to verify the payload. Full setup, sample payloads, and signature headers are in Webhook.

If you already use Zapier with Testimonial, that path is separate: Zapier. Zapier’s Testimonial trigger and actions are not the same as a Make connection.

If you need a Make scenario

We do not document Make modules, templates, or scenario steps here. Make’s UI changes, and Testimonial does not ship a native Make connector.

If you want this prioritized, or you want help pointing a webhook at Make, use the chat widget. The more people ask, the sooner a native connector is likely.
