The testimonials you have collected from your landing page or imported to your account are not automatically added to your Wall of Love unless set up otherwise.
This allows you to review the testimonials internally before adding them to your wall.
A Wall of Love is a virtual space where you can show how much love your customers express for you through their testimonials
That said, let's dive in on how you can add your testimonials to your Wall of Love, depending on where they came from.
Alternatively, you can also auto-populate the testimonials you will have on your wall from your landing page.
Adding testimonials on your Wall Of Love
Visit your space dashboard by clicking on the space card to view or review the testimonials you currently have on your space.
Video testimonial
From the video card/content, click the ❤️ for the video testimonial added to your Wall of Love.
Text testimonial
Click the outline ♡ icon from your testimonial card to add the text testimonial to your Wall of Love.
Imported Testimonials
You can also add the testimonials you have from other third-party platforms.
Locate the testimonial you want to add from the options available in our "Integrations" section on the space dashboard. Afterward, click on the ♡ icon to add them to your Wall of Love.
Text or Image Testimonials via the Chrome Extension
When using our Chrome Extension, you can easily add text testimonials or screenshots to your Wall of Love. After taking a screenshot, for example, you will see the following option to instantly add it to your Wall of Love:
Adding testimonials to your Wall of Love in Bulk
Alternatively, you can add your testimonials in bulk to your Wall of Love using our bulk editor. To do this:
While you are on your space dashboard. Select "All" under the Inbox option from the left sidebar to ensure you are viewing all your testimonials.
You will find an "Options" drop-down menu. Once clicked, choose the "Bulk Editor".
Our bulk editor popup modal will show up. Select the testimonials, then choose "Add to Wall of Love" from the Action drop-down options.
