Testimonials collected from your landing page or imported into your account are not automatically displayed on your Wall of Love. You’ll need to manually “like” (♡) them to feature them. This gives you full control over which testimonials are showcased publicly.
This process allows you to review testimonials internally before publishing them. Only testimonials that are liked (♡) will appear on your Wall of Love.
Your dashboard includes all testimonials received, even those that are unliked or deleted. That’s why the total number in your dashboard may differ from what’s displayed on your Wall of Love.
Alternatively, you can also auto-populate the testimonials you will have on your wall from your landing page.
What is a Wall of Love?
A Wall of Love is a curated space to showcase positive customer feedback and testimonials.
Adding testimonials on your Wall of Love
Click the space card to view or review the testimonials you currently have on your space.
Video testimonial
From the video card/content, click the ❤️ for the video testimonial added to your Wall of Love.
Text testimonial
Click the outline ♡ icon from your testimonial card to add the text testimonial to your Wall of Love.
Imported Testimonials
Some testimonials from third-party integrations may not appear directly in your dashboard but can still be visible on your Wall of Love.
To manage them:
Go to the Import section from the side panel.
Locate the testimonial you want to add.
Click the ♡ icon to include it on your Wall of Love
You can also use the import tab to bring in testimonials from other platforms.
You can also add testimonials from other third-party platforms.
Using the Chrome Extension
Text or Image Testimonials via the Chrome Extension
When using our Chrome Extension, you can easily add text testimonials or screenshots to your Wall of Love. After taking a screenshot, for example, you will see the following option to instantly add it to your Wall of Love:
Adding Testimonials in Bulk
You can also add multiple testimonials at once using the Bulk Editor:
Go to your Space.
Select Inbox in the left sidebar.
Click the “Options” dropdown.
Select “Bulk Editor”
Choose the testimonials you want to add.
Our bulk editor pop-up modal will show up. Select the testimonials, then choose "Add to Wall of Love" from the Action drop-down options.
