Testimonials you collect or import are not added to your Wall of Love automatically. Click the heart icon on a testimonial to feature it, or use auto-populate if you want every new submission added.
Only liked testimonials appear on the public Wall. Your Inbox still lists every testimonial you have received—including ones you have not added or have deleted—so the dashboard count can differ from the Wall.

What is a Wall of Love?
A Wall of Love is a curated page that showcases the customer testimonials you choose to publish.
Add a testimonial
Video testimonial
Open the Space and go to the Inbox.
On the video card, click the heart icon.
Text testimonial
Open the text testimonial card.
Click the outline heart icon.
Imported testimonials
Some third-party imports may not appear in the Inbox and can still show on the Wall of Love after you like them.
Open Import in the Space sidebar.
Find the testimonial.
Click the heart icon to add it to the Wall of Love.
You can also import testimonials from other platforms in the same Import tab.
Chrome extension
With the Chrome extension, you can add a text testimonial or a screenshot to the Wall of Love as you capture it. After you take a screenshot, use the option to add it to the Wall of Love.
Add testimonials in bulk
Open the Space.
Click Inbox in the left sidebar.
Open the Options dropdown.
Select Bulk Editor.
Select the testimonials you want to add.
In the bulk editor, choose Add to Wall of Love from the Action dropdown.
