💡 Recent Improvements to X Imports: We recently rolled out a few updates to make your imported X shoutouts look cleaner and more professional:
Long posts are now fully supported: You can easily import extended tweets without getting cut off.
No more clutter: We automatically remove the media URL that's usually appended to the end of a post.
Cleaner replies: When importing a reply, we now automatically remove the @mentions at the start of the post, keeping the focus entirely on the testimonial.
You can import your testimonials from X ( formerly known as Twitter) in two ways.
Option 1: Importing the testimonial within the space
Go to the dashboard in the space where you want to import the testimonial.
Select "Social Media" from the left sidebar under the "Integrations" option.
Click the "X" option from "Import From" and paste the link to the testimonial you want to import.
You also have the option to add the testimonial to your Wall of Love automatically by ticking the "Add to Wall of Love" option.

📢Available for premium users and above, you can set up automated testimonial tracking, which helps you capture genuine customer feedback without any manual effort through our AI-powered testimonial discovery tool.
To set this up, select the " Auto-discovered " option from social media options and fill out the necessary information.
Option 2: Import X shoutouts with our browser extension
Install the Testimonial browser extension. It is available on all Chromium browsers such as Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi, Microsoft Edge, etc.
Head to the x shoutout/post you’d like to add to your website or Wall of Love. Click on the three dots on the top right followed by clicking ‘Add testimonial’.
Customize your shoutout before adding it to your testimonial account.
Tip: Under ‘Select Spaces', make sure to click the space it should be added to. You can also automatically add it to your wall of love by clicking on ‘Add to my Wall of Love’.
That’s it! All your shoutouts will be added to your Testimonial account 💪
