Here's how you can integrate RingCentral Events ( formerly Hopin) with Testimonial.to

Testimonial.to app is currently only available on the RingCentral App Store. To install the app, you will be required to upgrade to RingCentral.


Instructions

  1. To get started, you must install the Testimonial app in your RingCentral organization. Here’s a direct link to install Testimonial: https://apps.events.ringcentral.com/apps/testimonial.

  2. Next, navigate to your testimonial account and make sure the “Show testimonials from the Wall of Love” setting is enabled.

  3. Then get the public URL of your Wall of Love page and paste it into a text editor.

    1. You will need to find the Space ID. This field is in bold in the example below. https://testimonial.to/**[Space ID]**/all Make a note of this Space ID.

  4. Next, head back to your RingCentral event and go to your Event Dashboard > Venue > App and:

    1. Under Configuration, select Testimonial from the drop-down.

    2. Input the Space ID you obtained under the Setup option

      1. 📌Make sure you have the App Area enabled.

  5. Under Customize, define how the App area will be displayed in the event venue.

    1. In the Menu Label textbox, type the app area name (e.g. Feedback).

    2. In the Icon drop-down, select the preferred App area icon.

  6. Click Save, and your attendees will see the App area in the left panel of your event.

📌Note: If you haven’t installed the Testimonial app yet, it will not show up in the drop-down menu.
