There are a total of 10 text testimonials and 2 video testimonials offered as credits for the basic and starter plans.
The system will show a pop-up prompting you to update your plan if, for instance, you recently deleted a video and now wish to upload another one, even though you already have a video testimonial uploaded on your account. This is because the deleted video also counts toward the account's total usage.
