There are a total of 10 text testimonials and 2 video testimonials offered as credits for the basic and starter-plus plans.
The system will show a popup for you to update your plan if, for instance, you recently deleted a video and now wish to upload another one while already having one uploaded video testimonial on your account. This is because the deleted video counts toward the account's total usage as well.
