What is the Wall of Love?

Learn what the Wall of Love is, what testimonials it can show, and how to view, share, and embed it from your Space.

Your Wall of Love is the public showcase for customer praise in a Testimonial.to Space. It displays the testimonials you choose—video, text, and social proof you collect or import—on a hosted page you can share, or inside an embed on your own site.

This article is for anyone setting up social proof in a Space. Open it from the Space sidebar under Pages → Wall of Love, or customize and embed it under Embed widgets → Wall of Love. See examples from Superhuman and Plutio, or browse our own at testimonial.to/wall-of-love.

How it works

Testimonials arrive in your Space through collection forms, the Inbox, Import, or Brand Monitor. By default, new submissions stay in the Inbox until you approve them for the Wall.

When you add a testimonial to the Wall (or enable auto-populate in Space settings), it appears on your public Wall of Love page and in any Wall of Love embeds. You can reorder cards, highlight favorites, filter by tag, and track page traffic under Analytics.

What you can display

  • Video and text testimonials collected through your Space forms or added manually.

  • Imported social proof from Import in the Space sidebar—platforms include X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, SoundCloud, G2, Google, Capterra, Yelp, Product Hunt, AppSumo, and Amazon.

  • Brand Monitor mentions you approve with Add to Wall of Love from discovered posts on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Hacker News.

  • Custom cards (Ultimate plan and above)—call-to-action blocks with your own copy and links, up to three per Space.

Before you start

  • A Testimonial.to account with at least one Space.

  • Access to the Space (owner or invited collaborator).

  • Testimonials in the Inbox (or imports ready to approve)—unless you enable auto-populate (see Tips).

View and share your Wall of Love

  1. Open your Space and click Pages in the sidebar.

  2. Select the Wall of Love tab. You will see links under On our hosted page and, if configured, On your custom domain.

  3. If your Space uses tags, choose a filter such as Tag - All or a specific tag to copy the matching URL.

  4. Use the copy, preview (eye), or Edit routes (pencil) controls next to each link. The route editor opens as Wall of Love Route if you want a custom path instead of the default.

Add testimonials to the Wall

  1. Go to Inbox in the Space sidebar and open a testimonial.

  2. Click the heart icon on the card to add it to the Wall of Love. You should see a confirmation that it was added successfully.

  3. To pin a testimonial to the top, click the star icon after it is on the Wall. Click the filled star again to unhighlight.

  4. To remove a testimonial from the Wall, click the filled heart icon again.

  5. Open the Space settings menu (gear at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Reorder Wall of Love to drag cards into your preferred order.

Embed your Wall of Love on a website

  1. In the Space sidebar, click Embed widgets.

  2. Select the Wall of Love panel (it opens by default). You can click on Create Wall of Love, or edit the ones you already have by clicking on the Pencil Icon.

  3. Choose a layout: Masonry - animated, Masonry - fixed, or Carousel slider.

  4. Customize appearance under 🛠 Basic, 🎨 Advanced, ✨ AI style, or 📣 Custom cards, then copy the HTML embed code and paste it into your site or no-code builder.

Tips, edge cases, and related links

Auto-populate testimonials

By default, testimonials must be approved before they appear on the Wall. In Edit the space → extra settings, enable Auto-populate testimonials to the Wall of Love to add every new submission automatically.

Custom domain and analytics

Point a custom domain from the Space settings menu → Custom domain. Track Wall of Love traffic under Analytics → Wall of Love page.
