How to add testimonials and embed my Wall of Love?

Add testimonials from Inbox, embed your Wall of Love with Embed widgets, and share the hosted page.

Heart a testimonial in Inbox to add it to your Wall of Love, then embed the Wall on your site or share the hosted page.

Open a Space from your dashboard. Use Inbox to choose what appears, then Embed widgets → Wall of Love for the embed code. The public Wall and embed widgets are on every plan. Free and Starter can show up to 2 videos on the Wall. Ultimate and Ultimate+ have no video cap.

How it works

Testimonials land in your Space Inbox when customers submit them or you import them. Nothing appears on the Wall until you add it. Click the heart on a card to add that testimonial.

Liked testimonials power the hosted page (Pages → Wall of Love) and any embeds you create under Embed widgets. Each embed has its own layout and style. Paste the code once. Later edits in Testimonial.to show up on your site without pasting again.

Before you start

  • A Testimonial.to account with at least one Space.

  • At least one testimonial in Inbox (from a collection form, import, or Brand monitor).

  • To embed on your site: permission to edit HTML or use a custom HTML block in your website builder.

Note: Free and Starter can add up to 2 videos to the Wall of Love. Text and social testimonials are not capped. Upgrade to Ultimate or Ultimate+ for unlimited Wall videos. See the pricing page.

What you can do

  • Add or remove testimonials with the heart on Inbox cards, or use Options → Bulk editor.

  • Highlight starred testimonials so they appear at the top of the Wall.

  • Create multiple embeds with different layouts: Masonry - animated, Masonry - fixed, or Carousel slider.

  • Share a hosted page at testimonial.to/your-space/all (or on your custom domain on Starter and above).

  • Auto-populate new submissions to the Wall (optional). See auto-populating testimonials.

Add testimonials to your Wall of Love

  1. From the dashboard, open the Space you want to update.

  2. In the sidebar, click Inbox.

  3. On a testimonial you want to feature, click the outline heart in the top-right of the card. The heart turns filled red and you see Added to the Wall of Love successfully.

  4. To review only Wall items, click the Liked filter chip at the top of Inbox. Click a filled heart again to remove a testimonial from the Wall.

  5. To add many at once: open Options → Bulk editor, select testimonials, then click Add to Wall of Love.

You can also add items from Import (heart on imported reviews or posts) or Brand monitor (Add to Wall of Love on a mention). See Add to Wall of Love.

Embed your Wall of Love on your website

  1. In your Space sidebar, click Embed widgets. The Wall of Love tab opens by default.

  2. In the Wall of Love Manager, click Create Wall of Love (or Edit Wall of Love on an existing embed).

  3. Under Embed a Wall of Love, Step 1: Choose a layout—pick Masonry - animated, Masonry - fixed, or Carousel slider, then continue.

  4. On Customize Wall of Love, set a Wall of Love Name and adjust the Basic, Advanced, AI style, and Custom cards tabs. Use Live preview to check the design, then click Save & Continue.

  5. On Your Wall of Love is Ready!, click Copy code and paste the HTML into your site (for example a Custom HTML block). Click Done when finished. Edits to this embed in Testimonial.to update on your site automatically.

Share your hosted Wall of Love page

  1. In the sidebar, click Pages, then select the Wall of Love tab.

  2. Under On our hosted page (or On your custom domain if configured), click Copy to clipboard or View page to open the live Wall.

  3. Optional: click Edit routes to open Route Configuration and change the Wall of Love Route (default /all).

Customize, reorder, and highlight

Change hero text, colors, and card layout on the hosted page or in embed settings. See Customize your Wall of Love. Pin favorites with the star on liked cards, or open Space settings → Reorder Wall of Love to drag items into order. Details in How to reorder your testimonials and Highlight a testimonial.

Tags and empty Walls

Filter embeds or your hosted page by tag using Tag - All or Tag - {name}. Build tag-specific Walls with Creating your Wall of Love based on tags. If nothing appears after embedding, confirm testimonials are liked in Inbox. See Empty Wall of Love.
