First, open the Space where your Wall of Love is located, select the "Wall of Love" options under the "Embed Widget" dropdown.
A pop-up modal will appear, where our Wall of Love Manager shows up, prompting the next steps.
Hit the "+Create Wall of Love" button to create a new wall of love. Choose a layout

Each box in the Wall of Love is a card.
Card width options:
Small: 250px | Default: 350px | Large: 450px
On mobile (screen < 500px), cards expand to full width
💡When the screen size is smaller than 500px, the wall of love will be just one column, and the width of each card will extend to 100% of the screen width.

It is a hidden option at first. It only shows up when the one-row option is checked. This option will only take effect when all testimonials are video testimonials, not including YouTube/Vimeo videos.
Carousel Advanced Options
Some hidden configurations for the carousel slider
Adaptive height
By default, the adaptive height is off. What it means is that the height of the whole carousel slider is the same as the highest slide. So you will see the position of the left and right arrows stay fixed no matter where the side is, something like below.
When the adaptive height is turned on, the height of the whole carousel is always the same as the current slide/slides. So you will see that the position of the left and right arrows keeps changing, and always stays in the middle, something like below:
To enable the adaptive height, you need to append adaptive-height=on to the embed URL, just like the following, which you will see adaptive-height=on at the end.

Hide dots
To hide dots, you need to append hide-dots=on to the embed URL, just like the following, which you will see hide-dots=on at the end.

One slide (can only be applied to a one-row slider)
👉 The following configurations can only be applied when one row in the slider is enabled.
When one slide is turned on, the one-row slider will only show one slide card at a time. You need to append one-slide=on to the embed URL, just like the following, which you will see one-slide=on at the end.

Bonus Feature — AI Style Generator
In addition to layout-specific options, you can also use AI to instantly style your Wall of Love. Easily style your embedded Wall of Love with AI. Simply enter a prompt, upload an image, or paste your website link, and the AI will generate a customized design that matches your brand.
Add a star rating snippet in Google search results
This option will include an additional script that enables Google Rich Results for your Wall of Love. When enabled, the embedded Wall of Love can display star ratings in Google search results, helping boost visibility and credibility.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Changes Not Appearing on Your Website
If edits to the Wall of Love are not visible:
Re-embed the Wall using the updated embedding code.
Check if the specific properties (e.g.,
shadowColor) reflect your changes.Ensure the embedding code is correctly added to your website.
