There are two ways you can delete a Testimonial from your account.
Our guide here is divided into two parts: how to temporarily remove a testimonial from your Wall of Love or how to delete it permanently, and any additional information you may need.
Removing a Testimonial on Your Wall of Love
Could you temporarily remove a Testimonial from your Wall of Love?
Yes, you can, and here's how:
Go to the dashboard page. On the right side of each space card, there is a ⚙️ icon, click that and you will see a drop-down list, Click Manage Testimonials, where the testimonials you wanted to remove are located.
From the testimonial you want to remove from your Wall of Love, unclick the ❤️.

Alternatively, you can remove the testimonials in bulk from your Wall of Love temporarily.
To do this, from the "All" option under the "Inbox" category, click on "Options" from the right sidebar, and you will see the "Bulk Editor option". Select the testimonials and hit "Action."
Deleting a testimonial permanently
Please remember that once a testimonial is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Go to the dashboard page. On the right side of each space card, there is a ⚙️ icon, and you will see a drop-down list, Click Manage Testimonials, where the testimonials you wanted to remove are located.
From the testimonial, click on the arrow-down key ↓ to see the settings where the delete option is located.

Can I delete a testimonial I posted for some service?
All testimonials are the space (service) owner’s assets, and we can’t remove them without the space owner’s approval. Kindly reach out to the owner of the Wall of Love to have your testimonial removed.
Can I delete the testimonials I have imported from other platforms like Facebook, Youtube, X, etc. in bulk?
With the recent update, yes, you can! Choose the imported testimonials you want to delete by clicking on "Bulk delete" first to select the testimonials, then have them deleted.
