NPS Survey: What respondents see

What recipients see on the three NPS survey screens.

Written by Daniel Pinzon

When a recipient clicks the survey link from an email or an embed, they go through three screens. The whole experience takes under 30 seconds.

Screen 1 — Identification

Shown for an email link, or an embed without pre-fill. Respondents enter their name and email so responses can be attributed. The screen explains they will give a single 0–10 score, plus an optional comment.

Note: If you pre-fill the embed with &email= and &name= parameters, this screen is skipped.

Screen 2 — The survey

Respondents see the 0–10 score buttons labeled Not at all likely to Extremely likely, then the optional follow-up text field if you enabled it. They click Submit to finish.

Screen 3 — Thank you page
