🤩 All videos can be downloaded in their original resolution in MP4 format.
🙁 In very rare cases, the download doesn't happen. Please open an Incognito window and try it again if you are using Chrome. It should work!
1. From the Inbox page, you will see all received testimonials. Click the 3-dot on the upper right of the testimonial.
2. You will see a list of icons at the right of the testimonial, and you will find the Download Files option.
3. A list will pop up that gives you 4 options. You can download the Activity log, video, video thumbnail, or GIF. Just click one option and start downloading!
