🤩 All videos can be downloaded in their original resolution in MP4 format.

🙁 In very rare cases, the download doesn't happen. Please open an Incognito window and try it again if you are using Chrome. It should work!

1. From Manage your space page, you will see all received testimonials. Click the video thumbnail or the little ⌄ icon on the bottom right to expand the card for each video testimonial.

2. Once the card expands, you will see a list of icons at the bottom, and you will find the Download icon, just click it.

3. It will pop up a dropdown list that gives you 3 options. You can download the video, thumbnail, or GIF. Just click one option and start downloading.
