Edit a video testimonial's name, title, company, thumbnail, excerpt, and links from Inbox. Open the three-dot menu and click Edit Testimonial.
Open the editor
In Inbox, click the three-dot icon on the video testimonial.
Click Edit Testimonial.
Update any of these fields, then save:
Submitter's name
Submitter's title and company
Video thumbnail
Excerpt
Company link
Submitter's social link
Select a different thumbnail
Choose one of the three timestamp options, or upload your own thumbnail.
Note: If you upload a thumbnail, keep the same aspect ratio as the video. Otherwise the player size can change when the video plays.
Add an excerpt
The excerpt is a one-sentence highlight. It appears with the video.
You can change the excerpt background color to match the card background. Set this in Embed Widgets, or in Wall of Love settings.
