Bulk import from a CSV

  1. In Trustpilot Business, go to Reviews > Service reviews. Click Export in the top right.

  2. In the dialog, select a Date range. For a custom range, click Custom > Date, set the range, then click Apply.

  3. Click Download .csv.

  4. To clear one filter, select it and click Clear. To clear all filters, click Clear all.

  5. Open the Space and go to Options > Bulk Import. Upload the CSV.

  6. Map the CSV columns. Supported fields:

    • User name — reviewer’s name (required)

    • User email — reviewer’s email

    • User title — reviewer’s title and company

    • User avatar — reviewer’s profile picture

    • Review title — for a text review

    • Review body — required for a text review

    • Video URL — required for a video review

    • Rating — 1 to 5 star rating

    • Review date — date the review was created

Import with the browser extension

  1. Install the Testimonial browser extension. It works on Chromium browsers such as Chrome, Brave, Vivaldi, and Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the extension icon and sign in to your Testimonial account.

  3. Open the Trustpilot review. Right-click, choose Testimonial, then Take a screenshot, IA Extract from Selected Area, or Auto-Select Similar Testimonials.

  4. Resize the screenshot or edit the extracted text. Under Select Spaces, choose the Space. Check Add to my Wall of Love if you want it on the wall.

  5. Save the review. If the embed is already on your website, the review appears there too.
