Turn on public mode for Vimeo Videos

Set a Vimeo video to Public with embeds anywhere, then import the public link.

Import a Vimeo video into a space with a public Vimeo link. The video must be set to Public, with embeds allowed anywhere.

Set the Vimeo video to public

  1. On Vimeo, set the video to Public and set Embed to Anywhere.

  2. Copy the public link. It should look like https://vimeo.com/99426212, not like https://vimeo.com/99426212/99426212.

Import the link into your space

  1. Open the space and click Import in the left sidebar.

  2. Click + Import, choose Vimeo, and open the Vimeo import option.

  3. Paste the public Vimeo link and import the video.
