Step 1. Make sure your video is set to Public > Embed > Anywhere

Step 2. Find the public link

Your link should look something like this: https://vimeo.com/99426212

Not like this: https://vimeo.com/99426212/99426212

Step 3. Copy the ID from the link
That's everything that goes after vimeo.com/

ex: 99426212

Step 4. Visit your space, scroll to 'Integrations' and click on Vimeo.
