You can bring public TikTok videos and comments into a Testimonial Space and show them on your Wall of Love or website embeds. Paste a post URL to import a video, or save comments as text with the browser extension.
Open your Space from the dashboard, then use Import in the Space sidebar. See a live example on a Wall of Love.

How it works
For TikTok videos, you paste a public post URL in the Import from TikTok modal. Testimonial fetches the post, stores the thumbnail and metadata, and adds it to your Space Import list. If Add to my Wall of Love is checked, the video is also added to that Space’s Wall of Love. On the Wall of Love and in embeds, the post plays in TikTok’s embedded player.
For TikTok comments, install the Testimonial browser extension, capture comment text with Save text, then choose which Space(s) should receive it.
Before you start
A Testimonial account and at least one Space.
For video import: a public TikTok post URL (for example
https://www.tiktok.com/@scout2015/video/6718335390845095173).For comment import: the Testimonial browser extension in a Chromium browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, or Vivaldi).
Space owner or teammate access to the Space you are importing into.
Note: The Free plan includes unlimited X and LinkedIn imports. Starter and above include social and review imports. Free includes 2 video testimonials total. Plans are per Space. If TikTok is locked, upgrade from Settings → Plan.
What you can do
Import TikTok videos by URL from Import → + Import → TikTok.
Check Add to my Wall of Love during import, or add or remove items later from the Import list.
Import TikTok comments as text testimonials with the browser extension.
Filter imported TikTok items on the Import page using the TikTok platform filter.
Import TikTok videos
Sign in and open the dashboard. If you do not have a Space yet, click Create a new space and finish setup.
In the Create a new space flow, enter your Space details and save. Open the Space when you are ready to import. For Space setup help, see the Get started collection.
In the Space sidebar, click Import. On the Import page, click + Import, then choose TikTok under Social.
In the Import from TikTok modal, paste the TikTok post URL into the URL field, leave Add to my Wall of Love checked if you want it on your Wall of Love, then click Add. When import succeeds, you see TikTok video imported successfully!
Open Pages → Wall of Love to preview the post, or use Embed widgets to add a Wall of Love embed to your site. Example: Wall of Love.

Import TikTok comments
Use this when you want to save TikTok comments as text testimonials. Install the Testimonial browser extension (Chrome, Brave, Edge, or Vivaldi). See Install the Testimonial Browser Extension for setup.
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your Testimonial account when prompted.
On TikTok, open the comments you want to save. Right-click the comment text and choose Save text.
In the extension panel, review the captured text and author details. Under Select Spaces, choose the Space(s) that should receive this testimonial. To publish it on your public page right away, check Add to my Wall of Love.
Save the testimonial. It is added to the selected Space(s) and appears on the Wall of Love if you enabled that option.

How TikTok videos appear on your Wall of Love
Imported TikTok videos use TikTok’s embedded player on your Wall of Love and in embed widgets. Playback is handled by TikTok’s player, not a video file hosted by Testimonial.
If video import fails
Confirm the URL is a direct public TikTok video link (not a profile or private post). If import still fails, copy the URL again from TikTok’s share menu. The modal shows an error message when something goes wrong.
Importing many posts
For large volumes of social posts, use the browser extension (the same extension used for comments). See Install the Testimonial Browser Extension.
Manage imports after adding them
On the Import page you can like items onto the Wall of Love, highlight them, add tags, or delete them. Use the platform filter to show only TikTok imports.
