Dashboard and Space Dashboard
The dashboard is where you can access your account as a whole. It gives an overview of how many spaces, and testimonials you currently have. On the other hand, the space dashboard will let you access and edit the testimonials you have collected. This is where you can get the link to your Wall of Love and landing page. The space dashboard can be accessed from your Testimonial dashboard.
Landing page
AKA collecting page. Is the page you will need to collect testimonials from your customers. You may share the link with your clients for them to submit their testimonials.
Forms
is currently available for our premium users and above.
Within the same space, the forms function as an additional set of landing pages for your clients.
Forms are usually used to create separate questions for the product/service you are offering to your clients. Each form can have its title, description, and set of questions, among other things.
Covered space
Covered spaces are the number of spaces included with the base price. Spaces that are not covered generate an extra cost that may vary depending on your billing schedule (monthly or yearly).
Credits Available
The available credits refer to the number of testimonials you can collect while you are on our free or starter-plus plan. These are also counted as a whole and not monthly.
Space
A space is a container designed to hold all your testimonials. Once created, you can collect testimonials and build a "Wall of Love." This space allows you to manage testimonials and create landing pages, embeds, and more.
