Terms and Phrases

Dashboard and Space Dashboard

  • Dashboard: The central hub of your account, offering an overview of all your spaces and testimonials.

  • Space Dashboard: A dedicated workspace for each space, allowing you to manage and edit testimonials and access links to your Wall of Love and landing page.

Landing page

  • AKA collecting page. Is the page where you will need to collect testimonials from your customers. You can share this link with clients to submit their testimonials.

Forms

  • Available for our premium users and above.

  • Within the same space, the forms function as an additional set of landing pages for your clients.

  • Forms are usually used to create separate questions for the product/service you are offering to your clients. Each form can have its title, description, and set of questions, among other things.

Covered space

  • Refers to the number of spaces included in your plan's base price. Creating spaces beyond this number may incur additional costs, depending on your billing schedule (monthly or yearly).

Credits Available

  • Indicates the number of testimonials you can collect under your current plan. These credits are counted as a total, not on a monthly basis, and apply to free or starter-plus plans.

Space

  • A space is a container designed to hold all your testimonials. Once created, you can collect testimonials and build a "Wall of Love." This space allows you to manage testimonials and create landing pages, embeds, and more.
