You can now create multiple forms within a shared space. Each form can have its own title, description, and set of questions, among other things.
🚩You need to be on premium and above to create forms within your space. The premium plan allows you to make up to five forms, and our ultimate plan will enable you to create unlimited forms.
It will also serve as another landing page or collection page within the space that you can use to collect testimonials and apply tags automatically for easier management.
Our guide here is divided into three parts: an introductory video about forms, steps on where to set this up, and any additional information you may need.

Steps
You need to go to the dashboard page. On the right side of each space card, there is a ⚙️ icon, and you will see a drop-down list. Click "Manage Space.".
From the left sidebar, click on "Manage Forms" under Space Settings.
Click on the "Create a new form" button to create a new form that you can use to collect testimonials.
Once clicked, you may now create a form.
For the form to be saved, there are four required fields: form name, form logo, header title, and your custom message.
Once you are done creating your form, hit the "Create New Form" button to start collecting testimonials from it.
You can just copy the link to your forms by selecting the ones you'd like to share.

Applying tags to Forms
Click on Edit in the Form you've created.
2. Once on the form, check the Extra Settings.
3. You may see the other settings you can modify, and this is also where the "Auto apply tags on testimonial" option will show.
