Creating forms within your space

Create extra collection forms in a Space on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

You can create multiple forms in one Space. Each form has its own title, description, questions, and share link.

Note: Building forms requires Ultimate or Ultimate+. Ultimate and Ultimate+ allow unlimited forms.

A form is another collection page in the Space. You can auto-apply tags to submissions for easier filtering.

Create a form

  1. Open the Space. In the left sidebar, click Space Settings, then Manage Forms.

  2. Click Create a new form.

  3. Fill in the four required fields: form name, form logo, header title, and custom message.

  4. Click Create.

Click the form link to copy it, then send it to the people you want to collect from.

Auto-apply tags

  1. Click Edit on the form.

  2. Open Extra Settings.

  3. Use Auto apply tags on testimonial to tag every submission from this form.
