Testimonial

You can now create multiple forms within a shared space. Each form can have its own title, description, and set of questions, among other things.

🚩You need to be on premium and above to create forms within your space. You can create up to five forms with the premium plan and unlimited forms with our Ultimate plan.&nbsp;

You need to go to the<a href="https://testimonial.to/dashboard" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> dashboard</a> page. On the right side of each space card, there is a ⚙️ icon, and you will see a drop-down list, Click "Manage Space".

From the left sidebar, click on "Manage Forms" under Space Settings.

Click on the "Create a new form" button to create a new form that you can use to collect testimonials.

1. For the form to be saved, there are four required fields: Form name, Form logo, Header title, and your custom message.


Once you are done creating your form, hit the "Create New Form" button to start collecting testimonials from it.

3. Click on the "Create a new form" button to create a new form that you can use to collect testimonials.

4. Once clicked, you may now create a form.

5. Once you are done creating your form, hit the "Create New Form" button to start collecting testimonials from it.
   
    

You may copy the link to your forms by selecting the ones you want to share.
