You can now create multiple forms within a shared space. Each form can have its own title, description, and set of questions, among other things.
🚩You need the Ultimate plan to create forms within your space. The ultimate plan will enable you to create unlimited forms.
It will also serve as another landing or collection page within the space, where you can collect testimonials and automatically apply tags for easier management.
Our guide is divided into three parts: an introductory video on forms, steps for setting this up, and any additional information you may need.

Steps
Please go to your Space. Then go down to the left, click on the "Space Settings", and select "Manage Forms."
Click on the "Create a new form" button to create a new form that you can use to collect testimonials.
Once you click, you can now create a form.
For the form to be saved, there are four required fields: form name, form logo, header title, and your custom message.
Once you are done creating your form, hit the "Create" button to start collecting testimonials from it.
You can copy the link by just clicking it, then send it to the ones you'd like to share the form with!

Applying tags to Forms
Click on Edit in the Form you've created.
2. Once on the form, check the Extra Settings.
3. You may see the other settings you can modify, and this is also where the "Auto apply tags on testimonial" option will show.
