Want to set a balance on a specific page? Here's how.

You can now set a reward balance specific to a space.

📒 Please note that you will need to have an initial deposit for your space rewards on our rewards page:

⚠️ Testimonial reward campaign is available for Premium/Ultimate/Enterprise customers. If you're on the free plan, you need to upgrade your account first.


  1. Please note that you will need to have a rewards balance on your account.

    1. If you currently don't have a balance, kindly add one to your rewards account.

    2. Please indicate the balance you want to deposit; our minimum deposit is $50.00. Once the amount is finalized, toggle on the option of adding the deposit to a specific space.

    3. Choose the space where you want the rewards balance to be added, and process the deposit.

  2. Once you have a balance on your Rewards account,

    1. You will be able to see an "Incentive" option in your space under Integrations from the left sidebar.

      You may now start adding your funds using this section of your space.

    2. You can also check your Space Rewards balance on your Rewards account.

  3. You may use your rewards balance to send rewards to your customers.

    1. Send gift cards

      1. You can reward your customers by sending them gift cards. Please take a look at the page below for more details. 🎁Send a gift card

    2. Discount code (for Shopify merchants)

      1. If you are a Shopify merchant, Testimonial can automatically generate Shopify discount codes and send them to your customers as a reward. Check out more details on how to integrate Shopify. Send Shopify discount code.
