Here's how you can deposit funds to your rewards account.

⚠️ Testimonial reward campaign is available for Premium/Ultimate/Enterprise customers. If you're on the free plan, you need to upgrade your account first.

Your account-level team members can also add funds to your Rewards account.


  1. If you currently don't have a balance, you may either add funds by

    1. Accessing your rewards account.

    2. Go to your Settings page. You can click your top-right avatar and choose Rewards account from the dropdown list.

  2. Please indicate the balance you want to deposit; our minimum deposit is $50.00. Once the amount is finalized, you may hit continue. 

    1. You may also choose the space where you want the rewards balance to be added, and process the deposit. 

  3. Once you have a balance on your Rewards account, You may use your rewards balance to send rewards to your customers.
