⚠️ Plan requirement: The Rewards feature is available on the Ultimate plan and above. If you're on a lower plan, you'll need to upgrade before you can send gift cards.
Your Rewards balance is shared across all spaces in your account. Any team member with account-level access can also add funds.
Before you begin
Make sure you have enough balance before sending rewards. You'll receive an email notification when your balance drops below $50 or runs out entirely.
How to add funds.
Go to your Rewards page. If you have no current balance, you'll see an option to add funds right away.
Enter the amount you want to deposit. The minimum deposit is $50.00. Once you've entered your amount, click Continue.
💡 You can also choose a specific space to apply the balance to.
Complete the payment. Once the payment is processed, your balance will be available immediately.
What you can do with your balance
Once funded, you can reward customers in two ways:
Automatically — Send gift cards to anyone who submits a video testimonial
Manually — Send a reward to any testimonial at any time
Note: Account balance is shared across all spaces within the account. Even if a specific space has no remaining balance, the available account balance can still be applied to other spaces.
