🗒️For you to be able to collect additional information, please ensure that your space is already created.
Steps
Open the space you want to collect more information in, then scroll to 'Space settings', and click on 'Edit the space'.
You will see the following: Edit the space popup modal.
Scroll to 'Collect extra information' and select the fields you would like to collect.
By default, the name and email will be collected. However, you have the option to collect more information if needed. You can add five more custom fields as well. Toggle on the information you want to collect or create. Finally, set them to be required or not.
You may also modify the existing testimonials you have in case you have a new field you are collecting from your customers.
Scroll and click on 'Update your space' to save the changes, and voila ✌️
