By default, our landing page lets your client submit either a text or a video testimonial.
Now, you also have the option to collect the type of testimonials you need: text-only or video-only.
Our guide here is divided into two parts: where to change the option for collecting testimonials and the additional information you may need.
Steps to change the type of testimonials you can collect
By default, we will show the video and text options on your testimonial submission page.
If you are interested in collecting video testimonials only or just text testimonials, you will need to go into your space settings.
From your dashboard, click the three-dot menu in your space's card to open the drop-down list. Select the "Edit the space" option.
Our space settings modal will show up. From there, you may now choose what you want to collect under the "Collection Type" options.

Lastly, save the changes.
Additional Information
Text testimonial only
Want to collect only text testimonials from your clients? If you don't want to collect video testimonials, our "text-only" option is perfect for you. We also recommend this option to customers on our Starter plan.
Video testimonial only
Video testimonials are very effective and engaging. If you don't want to collect written/text testimonials, our "video-only" option is perfect for you.
