Once it's enabled, we will collect star ratings from text testimonial submissions. For video testimonials, a star rating will not be applied.

Steps
Click 'Edit space'at the top right corner of your space dashboard.
You will then be routed to the space editor.
From there, you can toggle the "Collect star ratings" option.
Save the changes.

Can I remove the star ratings?
Once the testimonial has been submitted with a star rating, it can't be removed. You will need to turn off the star rating first, then re-add the testimonial to your account manually.
Can I make the star rating optional when submitting a testimonial?
Collecting your clients' star ratings can only be enabled or disabled; making it optional is not available at the moment.
How do I add star ratings to already-received testimonials?
Once a testimonial has been submitted with a star rating, it cannot be removed or altered. If you want to add star ratings to testimonials that were previously submitted without them, you will need to disable the star rating feature first, then manually re-add the testimonials with the desired star ratings.
