Collecting Star ratings
Once it's enabled, we will collect star ratings from text testimonial submissions. For video testimonials, a star rating will not be applied.
Steps
While you are on the dashboard page, on the right side of each space card, there is a ⚙️ icon. Click that, and you will see a drop-down list. Choose Edit the space.
Then you will see the Edit the Space modal like this:
From there, you will be able to toggle the "Collect star ratings." option.
Save the changes.
Scenarios
Can I remove the star ratings?
Once the testimonial has been submitted with a star rating, it can't be removed. You will need to turn off the star rating first and re-add the said testimonial to your account manually.
Can I make the star rating optional when submitting a testimonial?
Collecting the star ratings of your clients can only be enabled or disabled; making it optional is not available at the moment.
