Require submitters to verify their email with a one-time password before they can send a testimonial.

Require submitters to verify their email with a one-time password before they can send a testimonial. This applies to new submissions only. Verification is automatic for your team.

What the submitter sees

  1. After they fill in the testimonial, a Verify Email button appears.

  2. They click it and receive a one-time password (OTP) by email.

  3. They enter the OTP to confirm the address.

  4. After verification, they can submit.

Turn it on

  1. Open Space settings and select Edit Space.

  2. Click Extra Settings.

  3. Turn on Verify submitter email address.

  4. Save.
