On the hosted Wall of Love, AI can write a short summary of the testimonials on the wall so visitors see the main themes first.
The summary is a stored snapshot, not a live computation. Hearting or unhearting a testimonial does not change it.
Open Pages → Wall of Love, then Extra Settings, to find AI Summary. You can also open it from the Wall of Love settings (gear icon). Page styling for the wall is in Customize your Wall of Love.
How it works
The summary is generated from the testimonials on the Wall of Love at that moment, then stored. Visitors keep seeing that version until it is generated again.
After you remove a review from the Wall of Love, the summary updates on the next refresh. Unhearting a review, or deleting it, does not speed this up. Removing it from the Wall of Love is still the right step. The next summary will leave it out.
When it refreshes
The earliest automatic refresh is 3 days after the summary was last generated. CDN cache can add up to 24 hours. In the worst case, the public page updates in about 4 days.
Force a new summary now
Open the Space and go to Pages → Wall of Love.
Open Extra Settings.
Turn AI Summary off and save.
Turn AI Summary on and save.
The wall generates a new snapshot from the testimonials that are on it now.
Note: If a removed review still appears after you do this, wait for the CDN cache to clear, up to 24 hours.
