Plan names below match the current pricing page: Free, Starter, Ultimate, and Ultimate+. Upgrade from Settings → Plan.

Paste a website URL when you create a Space. AI drafts the space name, collection-form copy, suggested questions, logo, and Wall of Love styling. You can edit everything before you create the Space.

Available on Ultimate and Ultimate+. From the Dashboard, click + Create a new space, then AI assistance.

Style a Wall of Love or a single-text embed from a text prompt, a website URL, or an image. Review the live preview, then save before you copy the embed code.

AI space and style generation is on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

On your collection page, customers can use Grammar Fix and Improve Writing while they type a text testimonial. They can revert to the original text.

This is available to customers on every plan. See AI Writing Assistant for Your Customers' Testimonials.

From a text testimonial, open the overflow menu, choose AI, then Highlight text. AI picks a phrase to emphasize. You can retry or save.

When you send a message from a testimonial that has an email address, you can ask AI to draft the reply, then edit it before you send.

On the hosted Wall of Love, AI can write a short summary of the testimonials on the wall so visitors see the main themes first.

Open the Wall of Love settings (gear icon) to find AI Summary. Details are in Customize your Wall of Love.

Turn an existing testimonial into a written case-study draft. You add a few details and a tone, then copy or edit the generated text.

Available on Ultimate and Ultimate+. This is not the same as Case Study collection, which is an async interview form on Ultimate+.

Brand Monitor finds mentions of your brand and helps you turn them into testimonials. Set your business details and keywords, then approve mentions into your Wall of Love.

Available on Ultimate (2,000 mentions / month) and Ultimate+ (5,000 mentions / month). YouTube tracking is on Ultimate and above. See the published guide: Brand Monitor.

On Ultimate+, open a video testimonial, choose Edit Testimonial, then Open Studio. The current editor is the Testimonial Studio (Assistant, generated drafts, captions, and timeline). It is not the old Mux editor.
