While creating a space or once it is published, a dedicated landing page (with a unique link) will be created as well, where your clients can go to submit their testimonials (video or text).
With this landing page, you can add up to 5 questions. Question prompts not only encourage more answers, but they also let you choose the kind of feedback you receive. This advantage is helpful if you want to draw attention to specific perks, characteristics, or qualities of your brand.
Our guide here is divided into two parts: where to modify the questions and the additional information you may need.
To edit or modify the questions
Click the three-dot line located within your space's space card from your dashboard to bring up the drop-down list. From there, select the "Edit the space" option.
Our space settings modal will show up. From there, you may now add, modify, or delete the set of questions you have. You can have up to five (5) questions.
Lastly, save the changes.
💡 Tip: You can also collect information such as title, company, social media, or address.
Additional information
Can I change the order of the questions I have?
Yes, you can. Just hover your mouse over the question you want to move to change the order.
Will the questions show up while I'm recording a video?
If you are recording using a computer or laptop, yes.
If you are recording using a phone or mobile device, the questions will still show up at the beginning, but once the recording starts, the questions will no longer show up.
How many characters can there be in a question?
The maximum number of characters allowed on the questions is 100.
