While creating a space or once it is published, a dedicated landing page (with a unique link) will be created, where your clients can submit their testimonials (video or text).
With this landing page, you can add up to 5 questions. Question prompts not only encourage more answers, but they also let you choose the kind of feedback you receive. This advantage is helpful if you want to draw attention to specific perks, characteristics, or qualities of your brand.
Our guide here is divided into two parts: where to modify the questions and the additional information you may need.
To edit or modify the questions
Click the three-dot icon in your space's card in your dashboard to open the drop-down list. From there, select the "Edit the space" option.
Our space settings modal will show up. Click the "Prompts" button at the top of our space editor modal to view the prompts and questions.
💡Tip: Feel free to use our handy free question generator! Just share the description and link you have, and it will help you create great questions for requesting testimonials.
Lastly, save the changes.
💡 Tip: You can also collect information such as title, company, social media, or address.
Additional information
Can I change the order of the questions I have?
Yes, you can. Just hover your mouse over the question you want to move to change the order.
Will the questions show up while I'm recording a video?
If you are recording using a computer or laptop, yes.
If you are recording on a phone or mobile device, the questions will still appear at the beginning, but once the recording starts, they will no longer appear.
How many characters can there be in a question?
The maximum number of characters allowed on the questions is 100.
