How to subscribe to a new plan

On the Free plan and ready to start a paid plan? Use the pricing page or Settings → Plan, then complete Stripe checkout.

This article is for accounts that are still on the Free plan and want to start a paid plan for the first time.

If you already have a paid plan (Starter, Ultimate, or Ultimate+) and want a higher tier, use Settings → Plan instead. That is a plan change, not a new subscription.

Plans you can start

Paid plans are Starter, Ultimate, and Ultimate+. Ultimate and Ultimate+ are priced per space. Toggle Annual billing (2 months off) to compare yearly and monthly prices. For the current feature list and prices, see the pricing page.

From the dashboard

  1. On your dashboard, click the upgrade icon next to your plan. Free accounts are sent to the pricing page.

  1. Choose Starter, Ultimate, or Ultimate+. You can start a 7-day free trial from this page.

  1. Complete Stripe checkout. This is where you enter payment details and any promotional code.

From Settings → Plan

  1. Open Settings → Plan.

  2. Turn Annual billing (2 months off) on or off.

  3. On Starter, Ultimate, or Ultimate+, click Select plan.

  4. Because you do not have a paid subscription yet, you go to Stripe checkout (same as the pricing page), not the in-app prorated confirm popup.
