Please see our guide below for more information on how you can downgrade or cancel your plan.

Changes to your subscription affect all spaces under your account—not just individual ones. Here’s how to manage the process step-by-step.

To Downgrade

Before choosing to downgrade, consider the potential loss of features available only in higher-tier plans and review your current usage needs. For details on what features are included in each plan, visit the pricing page.

  1. Access your account settings and choose Plan from the left sidebar.

  2. Your plan's information will show up, and you will also get a brief overview of the plan we currently have.

  3. Choose the plan you want to downgrade, and hit select plan.

  4. A pop-up will show where it will include your new expected cost per cycle and if there is any due immediately for the plan to take effect. Finally, hit confirm.

Note: If you are downgrading to the Starter Plus plan, you must first delete or disable any additional spaces beyond the plan’s limit. The downgrade cannot proceed until only the allowed number of spaces remain active.

To Cancel

  1. Access your account settings and choose Plan from the left sidebar.

  2. Your plan's information will show up, and from there, hit the cancel plan button.

  3. If multiple spaces exist, you’ll be prompted to delete or disable extra spaces before proceeding.

    • Disabling a space prevents access while preserving its data through your next billing cycle—you can choose what stays on the free plan.

    • Deleting permanently removes the space and its testimonials.

  4. Once only one active space remains, confirm the cancellation to switch to the free plan.
