Please see our guide below for more information on how you can downgrade or cancel your plan.
To Downgrade
Access your account settings and choose Plan from the left sidebar.
Your plan's information will show up, and you will also get a brief overview of the plan we currently have.
Choose the plan you want to downgrade, and hit select plan.
A pop-up will show where it will include your new expected cost per cycle and if there is any due immediately for the plan to take effect. Finally, hit confirm.
To Cancel
Access your account settings and choose Plan from the left sidebar.
Your plan's information will show up, and from there, hit the cancel plan button.
As cancellation will convert your account to a free plan, if you have more spaces on your account, a prompt will show up asking you to delete the extra space on your account before you can cancel.
Once you only have one space, you may proceed with canceling your plan.
