Use tags to organize testimonials, filter a Wall of Love, and auto-tag form submissions.
Manage tags
Open the Space. Click Space settings, then Manage Tags.
The Manage Tags popup lists your existing tags.
Create and reorder
Delete a tag
Hide tagged testimonials or a tag
Turn on hide for tagged testimonials to remove them from the main (All) Wall of Love. They still appear on the tagged wall.
Slide the option to the right to hide the selected tag from the Wall of Love tag list.
Rename a tag
Apply or remove tags on a testimonial
Click the 3-dot icon on the upper right of a testimonial.
Click tags.
Add or remove tags.
Click Apply.
Auto-apply tags on a form
Click Edit on the form.
Open Extra Settings.
Under Auto apply tags on testimonial collection, select the tag.
Click Update.
More ways to use tags
Social posts
Tags also work on imported social posts such as tweets and Instagram posts.
Show tags on the Wall of Love
In Manage Tags, turn on Display tags on Wall of Love.
Tag style
On the public Wall of Love page, open settings, then More Customization, then Tag.
Share a Wall of Love by tag
In Pages, open Wall of Love and choose a tag from the dropdown. The shareable link updates to that tag.
