Where can I find these transcripts/captions?
From the existing testimonial, click the 3-dots icon at the upper-right to show the options.
Once the card expands, you will see a list of options. Click on Manage choose "Subtitles.". The AI will automatically generate them.
From there, you will see the generated captions, and you will have the option to change the caption if you want. Then, finally, hit Publish Changes to save the updates.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, you can. If you go to your video preview in the dashboard, you will see this option:
Your users/clients will see something like this in the published Wall of Love embed/page, where they can click the "CC" button to turn on or off the transcript/caption.
