It is possible to change the duration of the video testimonials you will be collecting from your clients. Please see our guide below for more information.
Steps
Click the three-dot icon on your space's card in your dashboard to open the drop-down list.
From the options, choose "Edit the space."
Alternatively, you may click on "Edit Space" on your space.
Once you are in the space editor, click on the "Extra Settings" button.
The extra setting will now show up. From there, choose the duration you want for your video testimonials from the "Max video duration."
You can set the maximum duration depending on your plan.
Free and a starter plan: 120 seconds.
Ultimate plan: 300 seconds.
You may now save your settings.
