Open the Space and use Import for a third-party source such as Capterra, G2, or Google Reviews. See the full list in Import from third parties.
Import with the browser extension
The Testimonial browser extension can save social shoutouts and reviews from many sites. Use Save text or Take a screenshot.
Manage imported testimonials
Imported reviews are managed in the dashboard. Use the heart icon to control Wall of Love visibility:
A red heart means the review is publicly visible.
An empty heart means the review stays private.
