Send a gift card

With Testimonial, you can do it all in one solution without the need to integrate 3rd-party apps via Zapier.

Before sending the gift card, please make sure you have enough balance left. If not, please go to the Reward page to add more funds.

⚠️ If your balance is low (less than $100) or if you have no balance left, you will receive an email notification.

The reward page is the place where you can add more funds and track the history of all rewards.

Now you can start to send gift cards. You can do it automatically or manually.

How to send gift cards automatically?

πŸ’‘ If your testimonial volume is big, and you have no time to manage them one by one, running it automatically is a better option.

For now, we will only send automatic gift cards for video testimonials. However, if you want to reward people who send text testimonials, you can do so manually.

You can turn on the Reward program when creating a new space or editing an existing one. You need to specify the gift card amount for each customer (in US dollars). Here is a list of steps to do it.

  1. Within your space, click on the Space settings and select "Edit the Space".

  2. Click the "thank you page" option. Locate the gift card option and set the amount you want.

4. Finally, save the changes.

How to send gift cards manually?

Once you are in the space, click the three-dot icon inside the testimonial, then select More actions. Click Incentivize to choose the amount you want to reward

You will see a pop-up modal like this. Enter the amount you want to send, then continue.
