Send gift cards from Testimonial — automatically for video testimonials, or manually for any testimonial. You do not need a third-party integration or Zapier.
Note: Your Rewards account needs a sufficient balance. You receive an email alert when the balance falls below $100 or is depleted.
Send gift cards automatically
Use this when you want to reward every video testimonial in a Space without sending each one by hand.
Note: Automatic gift cards are sent for video testimonials only. To reward a text testimonial, use the manual steps below.
Open the Space and click Space settings → Edit the Space.
Open the Thank You Page tab.
Find the Gift Card option and enter the amount (in USD) to send each customer.
Save your changes.
From then on, every customer who submits a video testimonial in that Space receives a gift card for the amount you set.
Send gift cards manually
Use this to reward a specific testimonial, a text testimonial, or a custom amount.
Open the Space that contains the testimonial.
Click the three-dot icon on the testimonial card.
Select More actions → Incentivize.
Enter the amount in the pop-up, then click Continue.
The customer receives the gift card by email.
