Send a gift card

Reward your customers with gift cards — automatically or manually

Testimonial lets you send gift cards directly from the platform, no third-party integrations or Zapier workflows needed.

⚠️ Before you start: Make sure your Rewards account has a sufficient balance. You'll receive an email alert when your balance falls below $100 or is depleted.


Option A: Send gift cards automatically

Best for: High-volume spaces where you want to reward every video testimonial without manual work.

📝 Note: Automatic gift cards are sent for video testimonials only. To reward text testimonials, use the manual method (Option B below).

Steps

  1. Open your space and click Space settings → Edit the Space.

  2. Go to the Thank You Page tab.

  3. Find the Gift Card option and enter the amount (in USD) you want to send each customer.

  4. Save your changes.

From this point on, every customer who submits a video testimonial in that space will automatically receive a gift card for the amount you set.


Option B: Send gift cards manually

Best for: Rewarding specific testimonials, text testimonials, or when you want to choose the amount on a case-by-case basis.

Steps

  1. Open the space containing the testimonial you want to reward.

  2. Click the three-dot icon (⋯) on the testimonial card.

  3. Select More actions → Incentivize.

  4. Enter the amount you want to send in the pop-up modal, then click Continue.

The customer will receive their gift card by email.
