Invite someone to one space so they can work there without seeing the rest of your account. Space-level invitations are available on Ultimate (up to 3 members per space) and Ultimate+ (unlimited).
Extra space seats are $5 per seat per month (billed monthly).
What a space-level invite includes
Testimonials — view, manage, and edit testimonials in that space.
Space settings — change settings for that space.
Automations — set up Zapier, webhook, HubSpot, or Slack automations for the space.
Metrics — view performance metrics for the space.
Custom domain — configure a custom domain for the space.
Testimonial Email Assistant — use the Email Assistant in the space.
Send a space-level invitation
Open the space you want to share.
In the left sidebar, open Space Settings and select Invite people to this space.
Enter the person’s email address.
Click Send Invite.
They receive an email with a link to create an account and join the space. After they accept, they only see that space.
Buy more space seats
If no seats are available, you can purchase more from the dashboard. Extra space seats are $5 per seat per month (billed monthly).
In the space, open Space Invites.
Click Buy More Seats.
Enter the number of seats.
Click Continue to open the Stripe Billing Portal and complete payment.
New seats are available immediately.
Note: Extra seats cannot be removed from the dashboard. Message us in the chat widget to remove them.
