Removing a team member from your Testimonial.to account is simple and can be done in just a few steps. There are two ways to remove a member, depending on your plan: Account level and space level
How to Remove a Team Member
Important Note:
Only Admins Can Remove Team Members: If you’re not an admin, you won’t be able to remove someone. You’ll need to ask an admin to help you with this process.
Account-level team member
From your settings, go into the team members section. Alternatively, you may access this link instead.
Once you are there, click on the trash icon to remove the member you want to omit.
Space-level team member
Open the space you want to send the invitation from.
From the left sidebar, choose "Invite people to this space" from the space settings option.
A pop-up will appear where you can enter the email address of the person you want to invite or see the member you want to remove.
What Happens After Removal?
Once removed, the team member will lose access to your account and all associated data.
Any tasks, campaigns, or assets that the person was managing will no longer be available to them. Ensure that any active responsibilities are reassigned before removal to avoid disruption.
