Removing a Team Member

Remove an account-level or space-level teammate. Only admins can do this.

Remove a teammate from your account or from a single space. Only admins can remove team members.

Account-level team member

  1. Open Settings and go to Team Members. You can also use this Team Members link.

  2. Click the trash icon next to the person you want to remove.

Space-level team member

  1. Open the space.

  2. In the left sidebar, open Space Settings and select Invite people to this space.

  3. In the popup, find the member you want to remove.

After you remove someone

  • They lose access to your account and its data.

  • They can no longer manage tasks, campaigns, or assets they owned. Reassign active work before you remove them.
