You can remove a testimonial from your Wall of Love without deleting it, or delete it permanently. A deleted testimonial cannot be recovered.
Remove a testimonial from your Wall of Love
The testimonial stays in the space. It is just hidden from the Wall of Love.
Open the space on your dashboard.
Click the heart on the testimonial so it is no longer liked.
Remove several at once
In the space, open Inbox and select All.
Click Options in the right sidebar, then Bulk Editor.
Select the testimonials and click Remove from Wall of Love.
Delete a testimonial permanently
Note: Once a testimonial is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Open the space on your dashboard.
On the testimonial, click the 3-dot icon, then Delete.
Delete several at once
From Inbox or Import, click Options in the right sidebar. On Import you can also click Bulk Delete.
Use Bulk Editor to select testimonials and delete them.
The same bulk delete works for testimonials you imported from Facebook, YouTube, X, and other platforms. Click Bulk delete, select them, then delete.
If you submitted the testimonial
Testimonials belong to the space owner. We cannot remove one without the owner’s approval. Ask the owner of the Wall of Love to remove it.
