If a testimonial is submitted without a photo, Testimonial shows a lettered avatar from the name. You can replace that avatar on the testimonial, or set a default avatar for the space.
Change the avatar on a testimonial
Open the space. Click the text testimonial or the 3-dot icon at the upper right of the card.
Click the edit icon.
Scroll to Update avatar, upload the photo, then click Update the testimonial.

Follow the same steps and click the X on the avatar.
The testimonial uses the default avatar you set for the space.
