A space holds your testimonials. From the dashboard, click + Create a new space, then choose Quick setup or Create from scratch.

Choose Quick setup to add your website and fill in the rest.

This is the fastest path. See Space quick setup.

Note: After signup, you land on Create your Space wizard flow instead of this menu. That is the same Quick setup flow.

Choose Create from scratch to set every detail yourself. Four fields are required. Everything else is optional.

The right side of the editor shows a live preview as you edit.

When the required fields (and any optional customizations) look right, click Create button from top right corner.

You can ask up to 5 questions. Each question can be up to 100 characters. They also appear in the live preview.

Name and email are collected by default. You can add up to 5 custom fields.

By default the collection page shows video and text. You can switch to text only, video only, or video and text.

When this is on, text submissions include a star rating. Video testimonials do not collect a star rating.

The collection page uses the light theme by default. Toggle the option to switch to dark. The live preview updates with the theme.

Note: Custom button color requires a paid plan.

Set a hex color to match your brand. For example, #FF6900 makes the button orange. The live preview shows the change.

English is the default. You can switch the collection page to another supported language. See Supported Languages.

Note: A custom video message is available on Ultimate and Ultimate+.
