Answers to common questions about plans, video limits, Wall of Love, embeds, and downloads. Current plans are Free, Starter, Ultimate, and Ultimate+.
Can I add multiple spaces to one account?
Yes. Ultimate and Ultimate+ are priced per space. Manage or add spaces from Settings → Plan.
Is there any time limit for each video?
Yes. Each video has a time limit based on your plan.
Free and Starter: 120 seconds (2 minutes).
Ultimate and Ultimate+: 300 seconds (5 minutes).
What happens after 2 free videos?
Customers can keep submitting video testimonials. To access videos beyond the Free allowance, upgrade from Settings → Plan or the pricing page.
If you've captured 2 video testimonials and don't want to upgrade yet, they'll still show on your Wall of Love with our branding. Free and Starter can show up to 2 videos on the Wall.
You can also join the affiliate program and earn recurring revenue for referrals by adding your affiliate link to the button.
Can I download video testimonials on the free plan or after downgrading?
Yes, with a 14-day grace period after you cancel or downgrade. Overflow testimonials stay visible so you can export them from Inbox. After 14 days they lock until you upgrade. New recordings follow video credits. See Can I download video testimonials on the free plan or after downgrading?.
What is the Wall of Love?
A Wall of Love is where you display the testimonials you select. Examples include Superhuman and Plutio. You can add video or text testimonials, plus third-party testimonials from X, LinkedIn, YouTube, G2, and similar sources.

How to add testimonials and embed my Wall of Love?
Start with Add to Wall of Love. Then see Embed a Wall of Love. To change the look, see Customize Wall of Love.
Can I embed a single video on my site?
Yes. Each video has its own embed code — one line. Copy it onto any no-code platform the same way you embed a Wall of Love.
Can I download the video testimonials?
Yes. Download videos as MP4 from Inbox. After you cancel or downgrade, overflow testimonials stay visible for 14 days, then lock until you upgrade. See Can I download video testimonials on the free plan or after downgrading?.
Can my customers submit text testimonials?
Yes. Customers can choose video or text. Free includes 10 text testimonials total. Starter, Ultimate, and Ultimate+ have unlimited text. You can still ask them to send a video if you want a more authentic clip.
What information can I collect from my customer?
Besides the testimonial, you can collect name, headshot, email, title, company, and social link. You can also add up to 5 custom data points, for example a phone number.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for bootstrappers and non-profits. They apply to the subscription plan only. Message us in the chat widget.
