You may customize the notification you or your submitter receive from your testimonial account.
Steps
Please go to your account settings.
From the left sidebar, choose Notifications
Select and unselect the notification option you prefer.
Available options for notification:
Notify me after the testimonial is received
Notify the submitter after the testimonial is submitted
Notify the submitter after the testimonial is published
You may also send a personalized message to your clients who have submitted a testimonial. Please see our guide here for more information.

📒If you choose to receive a notification whenever a testimonial is received. The content of the email will include the following:
