You may customize the notification you or your submitter receives from your testimonial account.
New: Team Member-Only New Testimonial Alerts
You can now add a team member to ONLY receive new testimonial email notifications — ideal if you have someone responsible for monitoring incoming testimonials without granting full access to other parts of your account.
To enable this:
Go to Account Settings.
Select Notifications from the left sidebar.
Under Notifications Settings, click on the "+add extra" option to add your team member’s email and select the space you want them to be notified.
Save the changes.
This feature gives you more control over who gets notified about new testimonials without adjusting overall account permissions.
Existing Notification Options
You may still customize which notifications you or your submitter receives:
Notify me after the testimonial is received
Notify the submitter after the testimonial is submitted
Notify the submitter after the testimonial is published
You may also send a personalized message to your clients who have submitted a testimonial. Please see our guide here for more information.
