Inviting Team Members to a Specific Space

Here's how you can send an invite for a specific space on your account.

If you want a team member to access only a specific part of your account (a space), you can send them a space-level invitation.

This is ideal for agencies or clients who need access to a dedicated area without seeing everything else in your account. Currently, we have space-level seat invitations available for the ultimate plan.


What Does a Space-Level Invite Grant Access To?

By sending a space-level invitation, the invited person will have access to the following:

  • Testimonials: View, manage, and modify testimonials within the space.

  • Space Settings: Make changes to the settings specific to this space.

  • Automations: Set up automations for your space using tools like Zapier, Webhook, Hubspot, or Slack.

  • Metrics: Access to performance metrics for the space.

  • Custom Domain: Ability to configure a custom domain for this particular space.

  • Testimonial Email Assistant: Access to the Email Assistant feature within the space.


Steps to Send a Space-Level Invitation

  1. Open the Desired Space

    • First, navigate to the space you’d like to invite someone to access.

  2. Access Space Settings

    • From the left sidebar, choose "Invite people to this space" from the space settings option.

  3. Enter the Email Address

    • A pop-up window will appear. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite to the space.

  4. Send the Invitation

    • After entering the email address, click on the "Send Invite" button.

  5. Await Confirmation

    • Once the invitation is sent, the recipient will receive an email with a link to create their account and join the space.

    • Once they accept the invitation and set up their account, they’ll have access to the specific space as outlined above.

Once the invitation is accepted and the account has been created, this is how it will look on their end.
